This literally split open in 2 spots after having it in the car for 2 weeks and I only drove the car ONCE in that time span. I put it in, drove the car, parked it and when I went to drive it again, I felt air blowing onto my hand and noticed HALF THE COVER WAS RIPPED. These can not handle heat, or being moved when shifting gears, or else they'll rip. Absolutely useless and a huge waste of money

Fits like it should and very easy to install. Time will tell for durability. It seems a lot stiffer than the one I removed.

had to remove the white ring for it to fit my 1991 Miata but other than that, it’s perfect and thick - good for sound insulation
