Received product in excellent condition. Metal case is strong, and all bits were in place and protected with foam from becoming dislodged from their separators/holders. All bits appeared brand new with sharp well-ground points, all were clearly marked with HSS material and their respective drill size or letter/number designation. Ti coating appeared to be uniformly applied to entire surface of bits. I’ve attached a few pictures of the package and bit set just as I opened it up; everything as advertised!I used the 7/32†bit mounted in my drill press to make 12 holes thru a 3/8†thick low carbon steel plate. The drill cut thru it like a clean sharp drill bit should. The bit never got too hot to touch, but I did use a cutting oil, and I rested a minute or two to lower the bit temperature before drilling each next hole. First impression is that these are really good bits for the money. I will update this review if my experience using other bits and materials is lessened in any way.

I needed 2 holes in the front bumper of a 1995 Ford F150 to install a license plate. None of the bits I had would touch it. I bought this set of Cobalt bits and drilled 2 holes with no trouble at all. I was very impressed.

I normally buy good name brand bits. But I was needing some to do some wood working. I bought these and happen to need to uses them to drill some hole in my trucks frame. I figured good test for them. I think these are better than the name brand one. And I'm picky when it comes to tooling. I know there will be more ordered soon. I liked.

These drill bits are of good quality. There are 8 to a pack. I use these drills on metal, wood and plastic. I haven’t had the opportunity to use them a lot so I can’t comment on the durability of them. Sharpness is good, but I haven’t used them to drill more than a 1/4 inch on steel so can’t comment on that.

These are sharp and look pretty but they break so very easy. Using in soft steel from 1929, pre drill slow speed, pulse, break. Enlarge hole with 1/4" =break. Disappointed 😞
