These are much more streamline and comfortable pads than bulky pads and they still work! Win-win! Kid loves them.They are more like dry fit material which we like, but it will prick on concrete and tear if rubbed on concrete or other rough material.

They seem to fit when we first tried them on. The next night we went to the BMX track. After he had them on for about 30 minutes the arm and knee sleeve bot started slowly sliding. I am going to reorder a small and see if it's better. The quality seems pretty decent otherwise. A few of the other BMX riders wear the same ones.
