Sooo the chair they originally sent me is a piece of junk. The arms wiggled so bad and were very uneven. I was so confused because I saw so many good reviews for this item on multiple websites! I requested to return the item and the company promptly responded with an offer for a $30 discount. I declined the offer explaining that I was going to have to get a whole new chair because the one I got wouldn’t stand up to any kind of weight on the arms (whether that be a child climbing on it or just resting my arms while nursing) and asked for either a replacement chair or a full refund. They sent me new chair. The new chair is wonderful! It’s extremely sturdy, the arms are well attached to the chair itself, the back is tall as other reviews raved about, and the threading and buttons match the chair like I originally expected (the first one they sent has white buttons and threading). To be clear, they sent me 2 completely different products. The replacement is not just a better made chair, it is a totally different chair. When I dug into reviews I found lots of others complaining about the arm issue.So basically, this is a risky buy but it turned out really well. We now have the first chair in our bedroom until one or both arms inevitably break off and we have a wonderfully comfortable and well made chair in the nursery. Shipping was super quick for both (like 2-3 days) and the customer service was great! If you're reading bad reviews, it’s because they got the first chair I got. If you’re reading good reviews, it’s because they got the 2nd!In the end, I’m very pleased and very happy I didn’t spend the big bucks at target or buy buy baby.I included pictures of both chairs - I think it’s pretty easy to tell the difference, but if not, the bad chair has the white buttons and you can see how bad the arm looks (bent and literally hanging for its life), the good chair has the blanket and pink pillow on it.It’s a bummer the bad one ever gets sent out but anyway, I’m really pleased with this buy!

We have an almost identical chair in our son’s nursery but with the arrival of our daughter, we didn’t want to mess with his routine (we read books and rock before bed in it). I came across this one and knew it had to be the same but in a perfect color for her room. Plus it had great reviews! It is made of a super soft material, almost like a buttery suede. It’s so comfortable and I love that it both swivels and reclines. It is a great size for both me (5’3â€) and my hubby (6’2â€). The color is nice and bright cream with white piping. I had both colors in her room so I like the contrast. It seems easy to clean. My daughter is not here yet but my son has been climbing on it to investigate and I’ve been able to just use baby wipes. Very well made, we love it and highly recommend!

If only I could give 0 stars.. I never leave reviews but I'm particularly inclined to tell others of the poor quality of both the product and the company.The chair is incredibly cheaply made. It arrived already falling completely apart. The entire arm rest wobbles several inches from side to side like it's going to snap off at any moment. You cannot put any weight onto it and even just looking at it, you can see how large of a gap there is between the arm rest and the seat. I wouldn't even pay 50 dollars for this chair, even if it didn't arrive already broken. The condition of the chair shows very clearly how poorly it is made and that it won't hold up to any wear and tear, especially wear and tear of using as a nursing chair supporting moms and babies/toddlers.This is the cream color and it definitely has a yellow tint to it, which I hate. The only thing I like about the chair is the fabric softness.We contacted the company the day it arrived. They refuse to give us a refund without us paying for both return shipping AND at least a 20% restocking fee. Both of those costs combined would be an incredible loss of money for us as consumers. This policy just goes to show they don't stand by the quality of their product and the policy is outlined like this to save their butts. We absolutely did not want another chair of this horrible quality sent to us but that was the only option and we still have to go through the hassle of sending this one back.Spend a little bit more money for a higher quality chair, because this one is a complete waste of money.

heavy and decent quality. easy to assemble, very soft. color is a true white. the buttons look cheap but it’s going in a nursery with a blanket thrown over the back so not a deal breaker for us.

In the sunlight the fabric is creamy white, very pretty. I am 5'7", long waisted and my head rest on the back. In reclined position my feet don't touch the leg rest, which I prefer being cream colored velvet. Love the swivel, rock and deep recline. Compared the prices among all nursery chairs and this was the best price for features I wanted. The back and bottom are cushiony for comfort. You won't be disappointed with this chair.

I have this in my nursery. It is great for rocking a baby and reclining at night when exhausted. It’s very soft and seems well made . I purchased a white one and my only con is it shows every spot. It came well packaged and easy to put together. Overall great purchase and the cost was not bad at all.

The only complaints I have is that the cream color is more like a butter cream (little yellow tint to fabric)also small black stain, but used Bissell Spot Remover on a damp cloth and came out, also there was a small tear on the bottom black fabric underneath which u can not see. I paid 312.00 on sale for 276.00 one day later. the chair is very comfortable. U do lean back when sitting in it so I would get a small lumbar pillow. Very nice chair for a nursery.

This chair is the best! Cannot believe how nice this chair is for the price. I bought this for my nursery and had it in the box for quite a while before putting it together. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’d really read each one of the reviews before buying, but honestly I love it. The cream color is so lovely, the fabric is soft, and the chair is really sturdy. I was worried about putting it together and warned my husband but the pieces just clicked into place so easily and that was it!

I love everything about this chair. I bought for feeding newborn but I know it will last long after baby grows of age. Wish I had space for another! Only downsides is the cream colour is on the yellowy side and the cushion seems to have already started to shrink but you get what you pay for!!

The only improvement that I can think of is that there could be an option for electric reclining as well. When you are sitting in the chair with a sleeping newborn who startles easily, last thing you want is to create a big noise kicking the foot rest back. Also, perhaps more choice of colors.
