Fit perfectly in my old DLC-7 and I tested it on chopping a carrot. So far, so good. Since it matches my broken blade, I expect it to continue to be a good replacement.

This blade works very well on my older model of the food processor. I was worried that it would not work. I got it because I lost the original blade this processor is 30 or more years old and works like new. The blade chops well and works like a charm. Best buy for this blade.

The blade fit on the post easily, however, when you turn on the food processor it pops up and will not stay on the post that drives the blade. It's way too big. It can't be returned - damn out $23 bucks. Way not fair!!! My other parts fit the post and work perfectly except the blade one that broke and that this one was supposed to replace. You guys already knew it wouldn't fit. Mad at you!
