After about two years, my Eufy robotic vacuum stopped working. The charging light was red and stayed on. The vacuum emitted a constant beeping noise. None of the troubleshooting solutions was applicable. I cleaned it well and replaced all parts. It still did not work. I purchased this replacement battery. It was easy to install. The vacuum works like new.

My Eufy 11s Plus was failing to charge properly, so I bought the new battery to see if it would solve the issue so I didn't have to buy a new robovac. It worked great. Easy to install, and now my Eufy works like new again.

I bought this battery to replace for my eufy robot vaccume. I have had my vaccume for YEARS. The original battery lasted the entire time and finally died a few months ago. I ended up ordering this battery, because when you go on eufy website, replacement batteries link to the amazon sellers. Why would pukd i pay twice as much on the website when Amazon is still fulfilling the order. Cross compared what was being sold on the website to Amazon and bought this. Came fast. I was able to install it easily. Vaccume worked like a charm! But now, just a few months later, the battery is dead again. I wouldn't even say i ran the vaccume more then 10-15 times on this battery. It doesnt last. I shoukdnhave listened to the reviews that also said this. Disappointing :(

My eufy 11S robovac stopped working after a few years. It had a solid, red light, and none of the troubleshooting tips seemed to work. I tried to clean out the bristles, empty out the dirt container, nothing was able to fix it. Then I came across an article online that said it could be the battery. I bought this battery at $27, and as soon as I popped it in, the vacuum started working again. Definitely recommend!
