I'll be honest.I'm more than a little concerned about the way things are going.Water is pretty high up on the list of priorities.This filter pretty much checks all of the boxes.Removes pathogens.Removes off-tastes.Treats water and makes it safe to drink.Enough said.

I tried these as a budget-friendly alternative to genuine Berkey filters but ended up really disappointed with the results. Even after following the priming instructions and thoroughly flushing them, the water came out cloudy with an off-putting taste that I couldn't ignore. While they physically fit my Berkey system and the price seemed attractive, I had to switch back to my original filters after just a day of use. I wouldn't recommend these for anyone serious about water quality - the savings aren't worth compromising your drinking water, and you're better off investing in authentic Berkey filters instead.
