This is a good quality replacement mirror asm. Was straight forward how to install. The only thing i could kick on is the packaging . Came in a box in a box moving around. Was not a problem in my case , no damage. Would by again when i hit another tree. It does match the other mirror exactly.

Only 10 to 15 minutes to remove and install. Looks like the same thing as the original.

The mirror is spot on and fits flawlessly and the motor functions as expected. The one pet peeve I have about it is the foam weatherstripping at the mating surface of the mirror, if you use the one provided it does not make a very good fit. I ended up reusing the old one off of my factory mirror. First picture is the factory, and second is the aftermarket. The differences are small, but enough to give you a little grief.
