The original was horrible. Had to press it over and over before it would respond. The new response much better.

I love that l can operate the heater from my bed. Being able to program it to turn off in an hour prevents my small room from overheating.

The off and on button would work 50% of the time on my old remote. I changed the batteries a couple of times but it really didn’t help. So happy I bought this replacement remote. I can now heat up my bedroom before I get out of the bed. It makes a big difference when you live in a cold climate.

Very good product much much much better than the original. This one feels more solid than the original, which was very flimsy. It works great just put batteries in it and it worked no programming necessary.
