A reel popped up on FB showing somebody working out with these and I was intrigued. I am trying to work on my arms and get them toned as they are quite flabby.. then I saw these on a sale so I purchased them.They come in a little bag and you can carry all five of these bands with you anywhere even in your purse. Easy to pack and I go to see my grandchildren overnight a few times a month so this is great.I also have no room in my house for a big pieces of equipment or any desire to have equipment laying around. Once I’m done with this, I put it back in the little bag.The bands are different thicknesses and widths . The light one is very easy to use and I just skipped over that one as I am fairly strong . You get a great workout with the bands , using the lighter ones with more reps, or using a heavier weight with fewer reps. They are very sturdy and will not break , unlike a rubber band.I use them watching either a YouTube video or some Facebook groups that show you how to use these. Sometimes I just grab one for a few minutes while watching other programs also. Definitely worth the few dollars I spent on these and I see a difference in my arms already!

Most of the bands seem too tight and one feels too loose. Hopefully they will stretch out a little, but I’m having a hard time stretching them at all. They might be good for someone stronger than I am. They do seem to be good quality.

These bands are fantastic and I love that they have 5 different resistance strengths.

I’ve had the bands for almost a year now and they work great! Especially having the lifetime Warranty they’re phenomenal bands.

The variety of resistance is a good thing. However the thickness is lacking and I am not sure these will hold up for the long haul.
