These are really good for when you make hamburger patties and want to put them on the grill fast. It’ll keeps them separated so you can stack multiple Pattie’s on a tray and them put them on the grill quickly.

This is a fantastic product that not only saves time, it potentially saves a lot of money. The main thing that I use it for is between slices of deli cheese. I started using it after I ended up with a 1/4 pound 'lump' of cheese that was $9 a pound. No more stuck together cheese. The other thing that I use it for is making burgers with a hamburger press. I make balls of hamburg, put a piece of the press, another on top of the hamburg and then use the press. I end up with a hamburger without meat stuck to the press or a press to clean.

These arrived loose in a bag, and were therefore difficult to use and store. I use them to wrap handmade caramels, and the papers work well for that purpose, but I wish this had had a dispenser box instead.

These hamburger patty papers made the process of making homemade patties so quick and easy with a quick clean up. Also made it very easy to break apart the frozen burghers, and allowed me to take out only what was needed. I used a metal patty press and these papers made clean up easy, no meat inside the press. Glad I spent the extra on the papers. No cutting wax paper to size needed and no wasting wax paper, no struggling with saran wrap or waste. You get 1000 sheets for $10.00 that’s 500 burghers. Make, stack and put in freezer bags for my summer barbecues.

.I was having difficulty finding hamburger patty paper in stores and restaurant supply businesses so I started using cut up pieces of parchment paper which ended up being a waste of paper trying to cut it to the correct size and then having pieces left over so I was thrilled to discover them listed on Amazon. These sheets are exactly as advertised and the large 5.5 X 5.5 makes them ideal for larger hamburger patties and they high quality and are freezer safe. In addition, I received an email from the vendor asking me to contact them if I was dissatisfied in any way which is a BIG plus for me.

i purchased these because i couldn't be bothered cutting squares of parchment paper, i was trying a new recipe for homemade brisket burgers you grind yourself and was pressing the meat in a 4.5" rings. these papers worked GREAT. easy, no fuss, all the burgers stored in a ziplock well enough. and i froze some between the papers as well. after removing them from the freezer the paper came off easy enough. i would recommend for anyone meal prepping there own burger meat,
