I bought this radio in Dec.2023 for my boat. It started giving me speaker problems in August 2024 and then I could hear nothing. I contacted the company, and they asked me to trouble shoot the problem. In the end they very quickly sent me a new radio. To me that's good service.

Worked on and off also had power and ground, today it will not work,found wire on board not soldered correctly. Working now.told them I had mounted vfh and they answered to a handheld,very poor communication.
