It arrived three days after ordering, 2 days before expected. It was packaged thoughtfully in two boxes. The inner box had the right amount of cushion to protect the mirror. It looks like an OEM mirror and fits perfectly on my 2014 Ford Explorer XLT. Super easy to install and connect. I am 100 percent satisfied with this purchase.

Got left and right side, and they are a perfect fit. Only thing missing is the embossed EXPLORER in the top cover. I can live with that for the price. Install takes about 15 min per side. Have a magnet handy so you don't drop the lower nut down behind the door panel. No need to remove the door panel. Pull the triangular trim cover, and there it is. Also, make sure your current mirrors have the 7 prong plug. There is a 7 and 9 prong plug used. I believe the 9 prong is used with the proximity sensor in the mirror, but it only takes a minute to check.

I installed it yesterday, very easy. Pleasantly surprised by the quality. 2016 explorer XLT, felt and looked like OEM. all functions worked as OEM, nice glossy finish on the painted portion. We will see how it ages but the car is already 8 years old so it seems perfect for the price.

Fits perfectly and easy to install - works like the original with all the functions. Lokks good on my 2019 Explorer - the only issue is that the fixture is about one inch larger in the vertical dimension than the original Ford mirror. That was not a problem for me, but may be for some people! Very good price compared to Ford OEM part.

Looks nice, fit perfect. The mirror glass itself is strange. Like magnifying. I will have to send it back because I can’t see clear out of it.
