considering the price, this is great mouse. It's not my daily driver (that cost 10x more). I just purchased this one, but when it arrived, I realized I've had the same Rii mouse on my test bench for many months. It's very light, on the smaller side. I don't love it, but it's been working fine for months. Biggest annoyance is: once it goes into power-save mode, unlike many others where it will wake when moved, the Rii requires us to click a mouse button to wake it. Once learned, no big deal. Bonus: no software required, none offered, nor imposed upon us... unlike an other major mgr that co-opts Windows into installing their unwanted 'options' software.

GREAT product! Plugged in the included receiver, put a battery in the mouse, and it works perfectly!I also like that it has a sleep mode, which I presume will conserve battery life.The touchpad on my Acer laptop computer died making it very difficult to navigate through anything. Thanks to this vert fairly priced wireless mouse my computer is functional again, as the mouse substitutes for the touchpad perfectly!

It is a very reasonable price to buy it.Although the materials are a little cheap.But, ergonomically, it is comfortable and light weight.If you need a very reasonable price mouse, or just for temporary replacement.This is the one.

Overall the product is economic and useful. I like being able to have several of them for my laptop; one at home and one at the office. The only issue is that out of the 10-pack I ordered, one was not working.

03/06/2021Battery Use Update: Still making me happy. I probably use my mouse as much as anybody. I do a LOT online every day - pay bills, balance my checkbook, ALL my shopping including groceries, email, a few word games every day and tons and tons of research daily. I'm a confessed information junkie. I am using rechargable Amazon Basics batteries and I just changed batteries for the second time yesterday - since end of November. Averages out to about one battery change every 7 weeks. Works for me.11/27/2020Bought this Rii mouse when the left click button on my previous mouse died after just one month of use. I had to limp along for a week with no left click, which I use a lot. Very annoying. (That mouse was a different brand, purchased elsewhere and cost more.)So I was apprehensive about this one since it was so inexpensive. However, I've been using it for just over 2 weeks and have had no problems.My personal preference is for one AA battery for the ease of changing it. This Rii takes 2 AAAs, but insertion is easier than other AAA mice I have used. I haven't had to change batteries yet, so don't know how long they last. Opening the battery compartment is a royal pain, so hoping not to have to change batteries often. It "sleeps" automatically, fairly quickly - don't know exact interval. Guessing maybe 5 minutes or so of non use. Easy to wake it up, I just tap it on the mouse pad and good to go. My previous mouse had a switch to manually turn off and wake up, Not a fan of that.This mouse is smaller than most I have used. But fits in my hand very comfortably. I am very happy with it and plan to slip another one into my next Amazon order to keep on hand for backup looking forward to the day this one eventually expires..

I recently purchased this mouse for gaming, and overall, I think it's a decent deal considering the price point. I gave it 4 stars because of 2 reasons. Feels cheap and battery cover hard to get off. Had to use a small screwdriver to pry off. Seems to work good, just got it today. Will update if I have problems later. As of now works good, happy with purchase. For five dollar mouse it's okay... Takes 2 AAA batteries.

Takes 2 AAA batteries and without needing to manually switch off, it turns off by itself thus saving battery. Tracking is smooth and clicks work great. Exactly what I wanted.
