Of pipe after fit-up/ alignment, cuts radiographic rejects.
Measures internal misalignment of pipe before and after tacking.
Measurements read in standard one side, and metric on the opposite side.
Changes from standard to metric simply remove gauge body,
turn scales over and replace body;
Measure internal misalignment; Measure fit- up gap Measure bevel on end preparation;
Measure the crown height of welds;
Measure fillet weld size; Measure scribed line, socket welds;
Can be calibrated to NBS standard.

Was a little weary at first because of the price but went with it anyways. Had for a couple of weeks and been getting some pretty good use out of it. Accurate and durable so far. Quality and weight feels good and sturdy. Also came in two days early so that’s a plus.

Almost as good as a $200 gauge. Very minor machining Mark's but all in all, very good quality.

little rough on the sliding action but an excellent tool and great value overall, definitely something any welder who takes pride in their work should keep in their tool box, also comes in hand to tell them pesky qc's off HA!
