This is sturdy, hefty roasting pan. I'll use it mainly for lasagna, enchiladas, and roasted whole chickens. The choice of racks increases versatility. Mine is straight metal, no non-stick funny business. If you're aiming for a turkey pan, go larger. Just saying. Pleased? Yes.

This is a Wi dergul pan, however the picture is not accurate. This pan hardly can hold a 12 lb turkey. I was expecting a much larger pan.

I needed a pan that was big enough for cooking medium sized turkeys with a wire rack to hold the turkeyClean up easily too!

I just received this yesterday so I have not baked in it yet. The pan is very sturdy and I love the handles. I plan on using it for lasagna and occasionally to roast. I love that it is dishwasher safe. The 2 racks that are included also seem sturdy and both fit nicely inside of the pan for easy storage. I have seen roasters very similar to this one at several major chain stores for minimum $75 more than this pan was. I am pleased with this pan.

At the longest and widest points this is only 10.5 inches by 14 inches. It was advertised as 11x16. Didn’t fit our 20lb turkey so I pulled out the tape measure and sure enough it wasn’t as large as it showed on the ad. Seems sturdy and I would keep it if I didn’t need a larger one for a 20lb turkey.

Nice high quality roasting pan. Would be great for a chicken however, wouldn't fit a 12lb turkey. The roasting pan itself is fairly heavy gage steel. The rack and pan are stainless not non stick which is a plus to me because I have found that nonstick starts to flake. The is a quality pan and would recommend.
