This is for one, a really beautiful wet/dry vacuum! And so easy to move around, no cord, and it moves basically by itself, all I need to do is to steer it. It has a light in front, easy to see dirt on floor. Extremely quiet!!! Charger base is flat and does not take much space. Easy to clean and it also self cleans. I am amazed about how much stuff it picks up from floor and the dirty water compartment shows it actually cleans!! With several pets this makes cleaning floors and carpet too, so much easier. Absolutely love it and highly recommend it. And, customer service was fantastic when I had an issue. Very happy with this product!

What a time saver in so much easier to do all in one step rather than two vacuum, and then go back and mop. I’ve only used it once, but enjoyed it so much.

I'm new to the wet/dry vacuum product, but living in Manhattan I get a lot of dust and dirt through outside traffic as well as pet hair and the usual debris. Just using plain water I ran it through its paces and was shocked when I emptied the dirty tank. It was practically mud that came out! What I wasn't so thrilled about is that it really didn't pick up anything larger than dust and dirt. When I ran it over some bird seed I put down as a test I had to roll back and forth over it several times, and it still didn't suck it up and dragged the seed around the area. I'm also having charging issues where it'll charge to 100, but then start to use up the charge and go down and the voice alert will randomly say, "Charging error." It's brand new, so cleaning the charging sensors isn't the problem nor is how it's sitting in the charger. I'll lift it out and put it back in and most times that's fix the issue, but only temporarily. Waiting on support response on this as it could be a defective device, but quite annoying when in the middle of the night I'll her this woman speaking in the living room.*Follow up: Customer service was not helpful at all and took way too long to respond. They never responded to my email, the phone call was useless, and only later did someone respond to my review, but none of these options were able to address the issue at all. I'm assuming defective charging docks across the board. I've since purchased a different brand and am already happy with the switch.

Ya he comprado productos de esta marca y han salido muy bien, desgraciadamente esta vez fue la excepción. La pantalla de la aspiradora solo mostraba el sÃmbolo de wifi. Después de cargarla por completo, solo mostraba ese sÃmbolo y el nivel de carga de la baterÃa. Traté de usarla y tras 5 minutos de uso, simplemente dejó de funcionar. Ya no encendÃa ni la pantalla ni la aspiradora. Ahora tengo una aspiradora que no sirve y Amazon me pide devolverla pero que yo pague envÃo… ¡elcual cuesta 11,200 pesos debido a que debe mandarse al centro de atención de Roborock en las Vegas! O sea, el precio completo de la aspiradora. Debà haber atendido a la malas reseñas que tiene la aspiradora en internet. Completamente arrepentida de haberla comprado.Nota adicional: Después de contactar por teléfono del servicio a cliente de Amazon, me reembolsaron el costo de la aspiradora porque estaba dentro de los 30 dÃas de garantÃa. Estaba vez si debo reconocer que Amazon actuó a favor del cliente y acorde a sus polÃticas.
