Welp I’m done with stage 1 after using up every belt/bands they sent. I’m not sure if it’s bad material or what but I do know that I can’t continue the next 3 steps because all the belts broke in 1 go.Update…. Okay so I changed my review do to the following…Company reached out and gave me a full refund without returning item with no ask for review change or anything just that I would give them another chance for them to make it up on future purchases. In addition I did purchase multiple other belts to test this with and it is definitely just the belts. After replacing with quality belts I got through stage 2 (5ish days) on a single belt and it’s still going so mechanically it’s fine they just went cheap or got a bad batch of belts.Final verdict. If you buy this make sure to buy quality belts (a bit spendy) from a quality source. (Weak link)

I wanted a small tumbler to try out this new hobby. I've been very happy with this little guy! I'm able to set how many days to run and select the right speed. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that the belts don't hold up very long. I contacted customer to get new belts and let me tell you, I'm incredibly impressed! After explaining the problem and asking if I could order new belts, they said they would send them to me, no charge. Awesome! Thank you! They arrived yesterday... with a whole new tumbler! I'm now the proud owner of two of these little guys! Can't wait till spring to fire them up!

This is a good tumbler it's surprisingly on the quiet side. I live in an apartment and just put it in the garage and we can't even hear it. Only problem we have is that the belts break quickly! We're not even through the first cycle and a belt has already broke. It gives you 3 replacement belts but doesn't tell you where to buy more or the size of the belts so you can purchase more. It's very frustrating. Instructions don't have any way to contact the company. Company contacted me and sent me some more belts! Very good customer service! Update: 1/2/25: The tumbler is only on the 2nd cycle and we are already on our last belt in the kit! Customer service said they were sending us some but idk when those will arrive. Fingers crossed they arrive before this one breaks. Otherwise we will be fashioning our own.

The only issue I have is that the rock tumbler is a bit louder than I thought. Unfortunately, we have a smaller place and can't put it outside so use your garage if you have one. It works well, it was a fair price for everything, and it's fun/cool checking out the stones through each stage of the process. It's super quick to get going, just throw on the belt and hit a couple buttons. Have fun

Belts each lasted less than one cycle. Bought replacements from the manufacturer and occurrence repeated. Very disappointing as not functional without belts that work. Cold weather may contribute to quicker deterioration but nothing to this extent is reasonable. Look into a different brand. Rock quantity was also misstated in assignment description, at least originally. But main reason for gripe is truly awful belt quality.

I bought 2 tumblers around same time from Amazon QH-RT01 and a KoolStone tumbler , the review I left was intended for the KoolStone machine !! they sent me a replacement and all is good ! the QH-RT01 has been working great !! on my third batch and its working fine !! good little machine for the price !! KoolStone didnt last long , but they sent me a replacement and its working good so far , their customer support is great .... soory about the mix up on the review as I said it was intended for the KoolStone tumbler....

Der Rocktumbler hat wirklich ALLES, was man braucht, selbst Steine!! Die Gebrauchsanweisung ist einfach, übersichtlich und leicht verständlich. Sie nennt einem die verschiedenen Schritte, welches Medium man wann benutzen soll und in welcher Geschwindigkeit wie lange welches Stadium laufen sollte. Es liegen für den ersten Versuch auch direkt die passenden Medien dabei, 4 Säckchen mit verschiedenen Polierpulvern, Schritte eins bis vier. Wirklich wirklich Deppensicher!Das Maschinchen ist blitzschnell gefüllt, angestellt, und nun lautstark (allerdings weniger laut als befürchtet, lediglich die Steine verursachen das Geräusch, nicht die Maschine) am Steine polieren.Zum Endergebnis kann ich noch nichts sagen, da ich erst heute dazu gekommen bin, das ganze wirklich einmal anzusetzen und einen Platz im Haus zu finden, wo das Geräusch nicht stört (Heizungskeller, der hat eine sehr schalldichte Tür ;) )

The rollers seem a bit more flimsy.For a rock tumbler, it is essential for all of the mechanical parts to be durable and hard wearing as they will get a lot of wear.The tumbler came with clear instructions, and a pack of grit and rocks to get you started.The tumbler was easy to use with simple and clear controls. You can set the time (in days) and the speed.So far it has worked well. I've only been running for a few days so I can't speak for the results, but it was easy to use and I am very pleased with it so far.

Ce kit se destine clairement aux grands débutants, qu'il s'agisse d'enfants ou d'adultes. Il comprend tout ce qui est nécessaire au polissage de pierres semi-précieuses comme des quartz et autres, voire même pourquoi pas des tessons de verre.Comme tout tumbler, ça fait du bruit, ne serait-ce que parce que les pierres tapent dans le tambour. Le bruit du moteur électrique s'y rajoute, sans être insupportable. Il vaudra mieux placer le tumbler dans un garage ou une cave le temps de son utilisation.Le polissage prend énormément de temps, c'est normal avec ce type d'appareil. Il faut être patient: ça peut prendre, toutes opérations confondues, jusqu'à un mois pour avoir un résultat parfait avec un beau poli brillant et lisse. La clé réside dans la sélection des pierres au départ, et dans le choix du medium de polissage.Celui fourni est déjà très bien pour commencer et donne de bons résultats.C'est un bon kit pour débuter sans se ruiner.
