First off this product is amazing follow the instructions obey the weight limit and you will have absolutely no problems. With that said let me tell you something about this VEVOR company! They are absolutely hands down the best company. The respect they have for their customers is on another level. If something goes wrong or something happens to a product you bought from them, they don't care about the Amazon one month warranty or anything. They will absolutely have your back, I bought this product and I had little circuit board problem and they sent me a replacement that I installed free of charge, the next problem I had was the motor got a little too hot basically because I was overloading it. So I let them know the problem I was having and their solution!? Was to have me choose which upgrade from their product I wanted. So I chose the 3 lb version an almost $70 value and they sent it to me absolutely free. This is a company that actually cares about their customers, or else they never would have bothered to deal with me or go above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Companies after the expiration money back guarantee date will do absolutely nothing for you, they won't even bother to respond after that point. But not these these guys, this guys are a breath of fresh air!

The inner seal around the lid is starting to go. It got some grit in it that didn't get washed out before a tumble, I think. I don't know, maybe they go out over a certain time? I've had it going all summer and fall. It's seen all the wear some kid or other would have probably ever given it and it has lasted well enough to slide in sideways at the end. I like it enough that I wonder if I can get a replacement seal?

I have nothing to compare it to as far as performance, but works fine and costs a lot less than others.

Tumbler just quit working after just 2 weeks of tumbling. Trying to contact seller and manufacturer through Amazon dropdown leads to "not sending." Don't know how to contact someone for a refund or replacement.Here is my review "Don't puchase."Never had a problem contacting before.

Used only 8 times and electronics went out. Runs for a few minutes then goes into error status. Going to spend more money on a better one. Had 3 different lower end tumblers and none were worth the money.Also the drum did not seal well. Always leaked.
