Item came very quickly in a shipping tube that must have cost at least $10 I don't know how they make money on the sale. I sanded it by hand trying to get the diameter down it is very hard so I had to use a Dremel tool it did the job for me though would buy again

I had to modify a pet halo for a blind dog to help keep him from running into things. I needed to enlarge the 3/4 circle to make it fit Spike. It worked but wasn't heavy enough to give him more space for bumping into things.
