I bought this for my daughter. She has special needs and things working properly is very important. 90% of the time the balls stop while rolling down. We have to push them to get them going again. I wish I had of read the recommendations before I bought this product. It makes me sad that I spent this money for a Christmas gift and it is such poor quality. I can’t just go out and buy a new gift right now.

Just don’t buy it. Trust me. The ball won’t continue on it’s own, so it is mainly a frustration device for a smart toddler. And when not wanting to smash it, said toddler decided to try to fit the balls down his throat. Fortunately I actually watch my kid and snatched it out before it was halfway in his mouth. But then of course I was so why on earth I let him play with it in the first place. Stick with the better known brands.

I know the ad has dimensions but it was so much smaller than I thought. The balls are so tiny it’s a choking hazard and it’s very flimsy, it tossed by a toddler it would definitely break. I will be returning this unfortunately and going with a bigger one more sturdy one. I wouldn’t care so much about the quality if they put thought into the size of the balls and hammer

It is a great product. I bought it for my two and a half year old and he absolutely loves it. Unfortunately I will be returning it because I didn’t think about the balls being so small and I’ve also got a nine month old who puts everything in his mouth. If you don’t have little ones though this is amazing.

My son has enjoyed this toy, but more often than expected a ball gets stuck on the way down. It's nothing a quick shake or tilt can't resolve, but does sometimes become a bit frustrating. A better design would be to have the wooden slats slightly angled downward as opposed to a perfectly level stair case design.
