I recently got into roller skating again as an adult and needed something quick and easy to carry my skates in and out of the rink. This strap works perfectly. It slips on and off of my quad skates easily and provides the convenience of having both my hands free when moving around. The skates do bang around bending over with them over my shoulder but that’s not a design flaw. If you’re concerned about keeping your skates in mint condition I suggest you buy a skate bag instead or in addition to the strap so that has each skate is contained in a separate compartment while you’re in transit. I have a bag also but I had nothing else to store in it when I took it to the rink so I never use it. I prefer this strap. This strap is minimal, lightweight, easy to store when not in use. I love the black and white checkered pattern. Extremely convenient to use on a daily basis I highly recommend for quad skates.

This skate strap is durable and by placing extra items (sk8 key, socks,etc.) In skate boot eliminated need to bring bulky bag to the rink!

Works when you don’t want to carry a large bag. Most rinks have small lockers, this folds doesn’t take up to much realastate.
