The ladder is light and strong and I believe the colors will make it easy to find in case there is smoke in the room. Its caribeaner clips attach easily to my bedframe which is near my window.

Needed this for our two story house for our kids bedroom, and it is amazing. It is made of excellent material, very sturdy, easy to assemble and set up. Very happy to have this for safety reasons! It fits perfectly out our window.

The rungs on the ladder broke out of the rope the 1st time i tried the ladder. If you really need a rope ladder for safety concerns, look up on line how to make a rope ladder. You will be $$$$ ahead and have something that works and will last.

Needs feet to help keep it away from the wall. As you climb down it smashes against the wall making getting good footing cumbersome.

I use this ladder access the inside of water Towers that don't already have interior ladders installed. It's lightweight, sturdy and easy to work with.
