Strong little disks. Used for cutting bolts, using a dremel obviously takes time but compared to the disks it came with, these are far more effective.

Got these to save a buck over the Dremel branded wheels.Since they're fiberglass, I didn't expect them to hold up as well as the abrasive resin discs Dremel sells...but the difference was still much bigger than I thought! For softer materials I'm sure these are worthwhile, but when I'm using my dremel with a cutoff wheel it's usually on metal. Even cutting aluminum, these wheels wear out quickly -- cutting steel will eat them up like candy.Actually, they don't even really "cut" steel, they just get it so hot that it melts apart. The part gets hot AF. Once everything gets to a certain magic temperature you can watch the wheel just disappear before your eyes in about 2 seconds. Dremel abrasive get warm too, but the cut is usually over fast enough that the heat buildup isn't bad.Example: I just cut off 8, 1/2" PEX crimp-clamps to reuse the fittings they were on. It took 3 wheels.They do hold together pretty well though. I haven't had any shatter/explode on me like some cheapo cutters do.

I am so pleased with how well these work! I used the disc to cut a bold and it worked excellent! I am so pleased with the price I paid and the quality of this product. Especially pleased with the amount that came with it!!

I guess if you are using them for plastic they would be okay. Maybe even soft metal. But not for mild steel.I use these for cutting mild steel 1/4" and 5/16" round stock. They do work. But compared to original Dremmel, they don't come close performance wise. They cut way slower. And they wear out twice as fast.I figured I'd try them since they are a lot cheaper than Dremmel, and found that - in this case - you get what you pay for. I've only used about a half a dozen of them. But, in the interest of time on job sites, I've gone back to using the original Dremmel ones.

Just to cut small piece of thin aluminum it takes at least two wheels because they wear down so fast. what's really bad is Even cutting through plastic wears them down like as if you were cutting through hard metal with a reinforced one. these things are almost useless you spend more time changing them out then you do actually cutting

Per le mie esigenze ed il modo in cui li utilizzo vanno bene. Per essere piú comprensibile preciso che li ho utilizzati montati sul mamdrino di una macchina utensile e con il pezzo montato nella morsa della macchina ho fatto i tagli e le lavorazioni necessarie. Needed these to cut up some 3mm dia brass rod, It clogged up straight away rendering it useless.Don't waste you money.
