I use these pressure cooker racks for sterilizing my half pint Bell Jars. The racks are the perfect size for my 10" pressure cooker and the height is just right. The legs were slightly difficult to put on, but not so difficult that I would complain. Once you get them on, they will stay on! These Pressure Cooker Racks are plenty sturdy and are exactly what I was looking for.

Super easy to assemble, keeps my jars off of the bottom of the pressure cooker and also helps me measure just how much water to put in as to not dry the pressure cooker out or overfill it. Comes in a pack of two, but I’m still on my first one.

Got this to use in a tall, stock pot for water bath canning. It worked very well. It can be turned upside down without the legs to keep the jars from sitting on the bottom of the canner. Did a test run with pickles and it worked great.

Rack would not hold canning jars stable. Wobbly because of inner rim on rack. Returned it.

I bought these to fit inside an existing stockpot for the purpose of steaming tamales, hurray, right? Used in a small pressure cooker without using the legs that come with it. This allowed for more cooking space. Stainless steel so no problem in the dishwasher!

I feel that these racks are a good dollar value....and I am using them to make food in my pressure cooker - without having to place it in the water that I must use to operate the cooker....it is working really well - and enabling more uses with the cooker....!!!! :)
