Great panel lift for drywall. Made well durable materials and construction. Engineered well no irritating squeaks. I used with 4x12’ Firecode 5/8” sheets- and it worked smoothly.Quality unit at a good price.

Directions for putting together are not very clear. Once completed it does a great job.

I bought this to put up a ceiling, which helped tremendously on getting it precise. Down falls: very squeaky, not sturdy/stable arms, wobbles all over. Needs a better design for the arms to not be so loose and wobbly.

I purchased this to install some ceiling drywall. Bottom line, it seems like it will be good for the job, and I expect it to work well. What disappointed me was that upon receipt the box had clearly been opened (redundant cut strapping and additional tape on tears in the box). Inside the box the unit had scrapes and marks, and the packaging was incomplete and severely damaged. No doubt in my mind that the package had been opened and the unit assembled. However, it is intact (as far as I can tell) and in my testing operates as I would expect. I'm not going to return it because it is just too much hassle to lug this heavy (2-person) box to the return station, and I'd have to completely dis-assemble it again. But, if like me, it really irritates you to be charged full price for a previously used item, then there are plenty of other suppliers out there.

You better get hip with that wheel and the brake lever before you start lifting and lowering the the brace.Very important to control the action with the wheel and the brake. raise and lower it and make your mistakes on dry runs, get to know it well before attempting any work. It has worked for me in lowering some ceiling 4 x 8 sheets, after it crashed on me because I didn't hold the wheel and brake. It worked well in my tight area of work, good mobility, locking wheels, but don't let the two moveable legs get too close together, it will dive over on you. Keep a solid triangular base, it can be moved into many different set ups but always keep a triangle and lock the wheels.I believe I going to get my job done without any friends corralled or workmen hired because this thing actually works like you wish it would. But get to know the wheel and the brake, going up and coming down, it's the only bad experience I've had because I'm a novice with this thing. It slammed down on me but it was a very short drop, and it happened because I didn't control the wheel and the brake.
