Having used it several times now I am glad I went with the bigger motor and blade. Have sliced homemade bacon, brisket and pork shoulder. It makes quick work of it Takes a little time to clean it thoroughly. Blade is extremely sharp so be careful when disassembling it.

The ease of cleaning isn't all that easy the blade hides all kinds of meat taking the blade off isn't that hard. The self sharpener is a joke if all you had to do was push the two buttons it would be ok but the mount moves and you need to be careful so you don't over push the buttons all in all keep looking this ones not for llœthank andI'mby that 5 to try you
