I use this to scoop fresh litter out of the container. Only takes about 3 scoops to fill the litter box! Makes my life much easier, I don’t have to bend over and life a super heavy bag of litter. Very sturdy, a little pricey but worth it compared to the price of the chiropractor! Haven’t had to clean it yet but doesn’t have any nooks and crannies so i’d imagine it’s easy to clean.

For me, this scoop has one flaw. It's not heat resistant. Take great caution if you decide to use it on anything hot. I've not used it on anything hotter than soup, but I know it's not heat resistant. Just don't leave it in a hot pot or pan.I'm so glad I finally purchased this. From time to time I prepare rather large meals (to feed 50 or so people). This helps me be able to move large amounts of food quickly, saving me time and energy. Scooping into and from hotel pans just became so much easier. It also moves plenty of ice in a short amount of time. It's a sturdy and quality product. Just buy it, you'll probably be happy for having done so.

I use this for scooping cat litter from a large wheeled container. Lifting the giant bags of cat litter to pour them was becoming a pain, so I had the idea of getting a large pet food container with wheels and a scooper to make changing litter quicker and easier for me. This scooper is absolutely perfect! It's sturdy, comfortable to handle, and large enough to only require about 2, maybe 3 scoops to fill my litterboxes to the desired amount. Helped make changing cat litter a breeze!

It works very well for scooping concrete to pour in forms. I wish it held its square shape better for scraping stuff off the bottom but my use is not what this was made for. Handy scoop.

This is so much easier than the bowl I had been using before, just because of its horizontal design.I cut the top off a 40 lb. bag of litter, and then four quick, not-even-all-the-way-full scoops with this, and my cat's litter box is ready to go.The 'operation,' if you can call it that, is very smooth and glide-y – No big, awkward movements required.I'm not saying its super roomy in the bag, but this fits fine, and I just leave it sitting in top of the litter in the bag until it's time to do the next one.

Although it is good quality and large capacity, it is difficult for bagging ice, it does not fit opening, a little large for the 10 pound bag opening, but the 20 pound bags are OK. Someone stole my previous scoop so I needed another to replace. It is a good scoop and I'm putting a chain on this one.

I use this scoop to spread road salt on my sidewalk and driveway in the winter. It is large enough to scoop a fair bit of salt and sturdy enough to handle the job. It is probably more money than some people would be willing to pay, but I went through two "cheaper" scoops in the past so decided to spend a bit more money to get something more durable for the job. So far so good. It's only been a few months, but I think this one will last a long time.

Used it to spread road salt after a snowfall. Was very good to scoop and spread the salt out of a large plastic bucket.

Nice scoop, thought it was bigger and more industrial for the price. I will see how it spreads salt and holds up.
