A wet floor mop headband can slide into the side gate, and then be tightened with the thumb wheel for a firm connection between the handle and mop head. Recommended for use with 1" (2.5 cm) headband string mops (sold separately).

Had used costco version before with metal parts. This one is so much better, tighter and easier to change out the mop head. Buy this one.

I’ve been using this mop weekly for about 6 months now. Like others have said, the little plastic pin that holds the side gate on breaks quickly. I’ve repaired and repaired that stupid plastic pin too many times. The final fix for me was reaching in my hardware drawer and grabbing a couple stainless washers, a stainless bolt, and a stainless locking nut. Tightened it just enough to feel a little stiff but lose enough to still open and close.The mop should come out of the factory with a metal screw or bolt like this, but it doesn’t. Would I buy again? Yes? I’d just reuse this same hardware on day one and fix it my way.

Had this before and wanted another one because it is easy to put on and take off .I like the fibreglass handle because it will not rust where the handle goes into the bucket .
