I don’t frequently leave a review but I felt the need to for this occasion. It was my dog’s 8th birthday and I got this for a long planned backpacking trip to celebrate his life. I received an unclean, un sanitized, and used item instead. Very disappointed and will be returning.

It’s perfectly made and stylish!Got size M to fit both of my male and female cane corso. Male - on photo - is bigger and straps around his neck/shoulders are at their loosest position, other straps still have more room to adjust!I was choosing between either buying a weighted vest or this bag for him- to give him extra weight to train and get tired. Putting the bag on him and filling it up gives him the job to do, I can fit up to 25% of his weight and he would carry soda or other groceries from our trips to the conveniece store.In fact, this line of bags is so good that I will be getting another one for for my male, just the one for the proper trips. This bag can’t fit 1 liter bottles so hopefully the other one will.Would be also great improvements having compartments inside.Also, would chose dark colour next time as my male brushes along the bushes and collects the dust making the light fabric visibly dirty.

I picked this out after searching around for a pack for our new dog. We needed something to accommodate 3-5 days and fit our 60 lb retriever. The folks at ruffwear did a great job - this thing is well thought out and well built. Things like zippers that go back to front so they don’t catch and open, strap clips to secure loose ends , one piece padded chest harness, padded clips so no rubbing, solid hardware … just a well designed product. While my dog was less than “enthused†about carrying her own stuff but it quickly faded and she forgot it was there.

It looks pretty on my girl. I have put her collar in one side bag，and it can keep balance well. She has an old harness with pocket, which is quite heavy and hard to keep balance if one side sightly heavier. This one does great with balance keep and has light weight.
