Don't usually wear a lot of purple, but needed something sporty and nice for my daughter's cheer competition. Went over tons of these and settled on this one. True to size, 3XL fit me perfect, wasn't too short or long, had plenty of room in the chest, waist and sleeves. Seems well made, didn't pick or look bad after a couple of washes so that is a good start. At least for the Big & Tall guys who hate your shirt popping over your belly every time you lift your arms, then this well worth the purchase. At $28 I have found Adidas and other pullovers like this for a bit cheaper on good sales, but the purple made this one hard to find, so I am not too upset at the price tag. I would consider some other colors at a good price as well.

Russell shirts are comfortable and easy-care and I've given 2 to my brother in the past. As a Christmas gift I wanted to give him a red shirt-a color that looks good on him. The search for a red shirt displayed this one from Russell. I was very familiar with the same shirt in steel blue. I ordered the 'RED' shirt. It arrived on time, however the color is clearly not a true RED, but more like CRANBERRY! The photo color was very misleading!

These are my go to pullovers for hiking in 28-40F weather (no rain/no snow). At first I was upset as the newer one''s fabric moves a little different/feels a little different (I just bought four new ones, and I have 4-5 older ones) but that was just superficial and did not change the functionality of these for me. The newer fabrics are prettier colors too (the red is richer and really pretty - I had given a former red one away as I didn't like the color) --- so better looking, same function. Please recognize that I'm a "hot hiker" and am almost 100% of the time wearing lighter clothing than those around me no matter what I'm hiking - so this is not a temperature recommendation but maybe a suggestion that there is a better range for yours. I wear it around the house and around town too (68F usually) when not exercising.

I own similar quarter zip Russell products and have had good experiences with this brand. I ordered a size being that I’m 6 foot 180 pounds with wide shoulders. The XL size fit was too long in the sleeve length and the bottom of the shirt came down too far on my thighs. I re-ordered a large size and it fits perfect. For a dry fit type material, it’s a slightly thicker material on this one for cooler days which I like. This product feels of good quality and the price was great.

I got this for my husband who is 6 feet tall and around 280 lbs. I ordered a 3XL after reading reviews that stated ordering a size up was what others did. Ended up exchanging for a 2XL and it fits him perfect! For a taller and muscular guy the length is PERFECT. When he raises his arms it does not show any skin. Fabric was thinker then expected, which we thought was positive because it makes it flattering and good for changing temperatures. We will definitely reorder more!

This quarter-zip pullover is lightweight and has a great fit, albeit a little long. I was looking forward to getting this to wear to a work product launch (which was a red color). The product description says "True Red". This is actually a dark grey heather red, not a true red. I decided to return it.

This item is far nicer in the hand than in the product photos. Really well made: for example, zipper has a "throat guard" at top. Arm pits have a separate panel sewn in to reduce chafing and increase venting.Material feels a bit rougher than I thought it would, but that's good. It gives you the feel that it isn't clinging directly to the skin and thus that there's more "space" for air to circulate between skin and fabric. Zipper is high grade. Seams and stitching were very nicely done.Fit is nice, as well (fits as expected). Vine provided a "large" (which, since I wear XL, was too small; going to my wife as an outer layer garment) and it fit exactly as a "large" should fit on me. But I liked it so much that I've already bought more in XL (and if that's still too small Amazon offers free returns/exchanges).Given that it is 100% polyester I expect there to be no problem with laundering. This should prove to be a good, long-lasting performance "t-shirt." If I have any doubts about this product it would be the odor protection claim. I've had several performance tees by other companies and their odor protection claims didn't quite stand up. In the end, minor issue (at least to my nose!).I really wish these were about $5 cheaper. At $29.99 (Amazon price at the time of this review for the "large" in Navy Blue) they're priced a bit higher than I would have liked. This means that I'll be buying fewer than I would if under $25 (of note, it appears this was being sold at the Russell on-line store for $25.50, but the price has been raised to $30. So maybe it is possible to get this at $25 or below).All in all, though, great shirt. 5 stars!Update (09/11/17): I received the XL and have been wearing it around. Very nice; fits as I believed it would. Now having the chance to wear it - for me - it's more of a cool weather top/cold weather under garment (I had it on on a sunny but fairly cool day and I roasted...).

El producto no corresponde a la imagen, la manga presenta un logo solo con una "R" y en la imagen viene ademas de la "R" la palabra russel, por dentro la costura presenta muchos hilos sueltos o mal cortados.la calidad de la tela no es 100% buena para la experiencia que he tenido con esa marca en anteriores ocaciones.
