The mounting adhesive used to install these catches is excellent and holds well but the actual magnetic catch is not as strong as it could be. It will hold the RV door open for the most part unless the wind blows too hard. Overall, it does work.

I didn’t wanna have to drill into my RV, so these were perfect for what I needed. They don’t hold the door open and strong winds, but for nice weather with a breeze, they were great. Easy to install, it’s a strong magnet, and I didn’t have to drill any holes in anything.

They seem strong before installing, but once in place they don't hold. Just took weak!

I purchased these magnets for our Livin' Lite Trailer. Suprisingly, it did not come with anything to hold the door open against the side. We were going camping in a windy area so I gave these magnets a try. I cleaned the side of the trailer with an alcohol wipe and then applied the double stick tape. Decided which part I wanted on the door and which part would be on the side of the trailer. Made sure there were no obstructions (opens against a window) then placed the magnets against the door and pushed onto the side of the trailer. I think one would have been sufficient but went with a few of the reviews I read and used both in case of stronger winds. Worked perfectly and blends in with our black trailer. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend.

These work very good, unfortunately, the sticky tape on the longer door holder doesn't stick very well. I had to use an adhesive on the sticky stuff to get the holder from coming off.

They do the job of holding my travel trailer door open, while screen door is used. Sticks well .
