This item is not a direct replacement for model 310. Notice the outside face - it is sloped. The face comes all the way out, it is not indented like the original. Thus the original screw will not fit (the original screw and pedal has about a 1 inch length screw; this item will require something like a 4 inch, which I haven't been able to locate at Home Depot (original is machine thread with hex cap). Because the face is sloped, the screw is tilted. I had to drill out the hole that contains the screw to a depth of about 2 inches to be able to set a new screw in there with a length of about 2 inches, so that it will thread into the toilet dump valve. I'm still working on this, and don't know if I'll be able to use it or not.

Used on Dometic 310 Toilet, it was a direct fit and works perfectly. A must for the camper to replace or have in the toolbox for a spare to keep from buying whole toilet. (Good Product. JT

Broke when replacing the old one. Sadly, paid full price, now it is 40% less… might not have stung as much. $55 to have it break 👎ðŸ¼

It works make sure you keep your spring and screw. I had to go buy another screw to get it to fit in this one. Was supposed to get it in four days and it took a month and a half

I think this is a 3d printed valve. It feels much cheaper than original. Did not have the necessary screw to attach to toilet. Hope it doesn’t break with use. I would not recommend.
