UPDATE: TODAY IS FIVE MONTHS TO THE DAY THAT WE INSTALLED THESE OUTDOOR CURTAINS: They HAVE faded significantly on the exterior sides that face out to the sun. The grommets are beginning to show that the curtains are separating from the grommets. I had read about this issue in other reviews so I've been having anxiety worrying if the same would happen with mine. I have a total of six panels (two panels each side) which is QUITE a considerable investment that I would like to see last more than five months!!! There are snags on the outside of the curtains that have now developed, as well. In complete transparency, though, I wish to share that I still believe these to be incredible outdoor curtains. I have had them hanging (without tiebacks) during this hot, sunny, triple-digit Texas heat all summer and they create a complete BLACKOUT and are an incredibly effective relief. I believe we must live in some sort of wind tunnel, as these curtains have had to survive severe whipping winds (always use tie-backs during high winds!) so I do rate them very highly for being able to sustain wind gusts. The fading IS a significant problem, as the panels that face out to the yard are an ENTIRELY different color than the mocha brown facing in. Is it ugly from the yard view? Yes. Is it still attractive from the patio view? Yes. They do an excellent job of repelling and wicking away water. They do an incredible job at blocking out the sun. Are they worth the price considering how much they have deteriorated in just 5 months of usage? I will update again as time passes.ORIGINAL POST PRIOR TO 5-MONTH UPDATE: The RYB outdoor curtain panels (100x108 in brown) are absolutely worth every single cent. They are amazing in their ability to repel rain droplets, dry quickly, drape beautifully, and truly block sunlight. I hired a contractor to install copper pipes for curtain rods (for maximum support of curtain panels flapping in the wind) (and for visual aesthetics carrying interior color theme to exterior) and the curtain grommets slide with ease over the metal. If the curtains are tied back, they will capture a bit of rain in the folds, so it just takes a gentle shaking-out and once the sun comes out, I let the curtains hang down without the tie backs and the curtains will dry within about 15 minutes! I wanted a patio where I could close the curtains to the harsh sun and I'm really surprised at the incredible job they do in blocking all the light! I purchased the tie backs recommended by the seller and love them very much. The tie backs are smooth and will not abrade the curtain fabric. Sometimes bugs will fly onto the curtains and start to decompose, no worries, just use a paper towel to remove and unbelievably there are no stains left behind on the curtains. This was an excellent investment not just for the house, but also for myself, so that I'm encouraged to sit a spell, enjoy the fresh air, have a nice glass of wine...

I bought these for my parent's house, my mom wanted to cover a storage place along their above ground pool and still have easy access. We needed approximately 63" length and this was absolutely perfect. The color is beautiful, the price was great, the fabric is so soft, yet seems durable. I did test it and water repelled right off! Hopefully it does hold up as other reviews are mixed with quality. We just installed them today and love them so far!

Used for covered 10x20 patio. Added after prior purchase for one end to cover other end from Arizona August heat.Side facing sun did fade to a light blue but AZ sun is relentless so was expected. Thick and it really works well out doors.

Good quality but after abour 2 months the fabric is ripping from the rings on the tip from the wind. I also wish it had a thicker seam at the bottom for me to run cable through to help hold it down from the wind. Otherwise, okay buy. Definitely helps keep the sun out. Good thickness. Easy installation. Great color and the color has held up good.

I have been very pleased with these curtains. Rain beads right off so they do not mildew. Have been using them for about 6 months now and they look like new. Could not be happier with my purchase.

Nice. My mom said they are really thick she used them in her garage windows. Very nice like competing brands with a good price.

I live in an apt and the beaming sunlight made sitting on the terrace unbearable. These are thick and very much room darkening. I'm on the second floor so I leave terrace door open a crack for my dog to go sit outside while I work. These made it so much cooler on terrace. Actually gave me another room!

So I ordered 4 of the SAME curtains. My second time ordering from them. My 4 curtains are coming in 3 separate deliveries. Which makes zero sense. All on different days.Why does this matter? Because I returned ones before and it makes it hell to return. The people at UPS got really confused last time and put 2 in a pack that was supposed to have one. So it appeared I didn’t return one, but I did.Also, they fade SUPER easily.The pros: they look great. They’re durable. And they block out sun amazingly.

Quality outdoor curtains, perfect for pergola or gazebo. Blackout and no see through. Great value for the cost.

We use these to enclose our deck. Keep heat out in summer and heat in in winter. Increased privacy as well. Best rods were IKEA.

First off, the price was so good!! I bought 8 curtains in light grey! I got 52" x 96 but they were too long. I hemmed up about 9" and sewed a very wide hem so I can put some heavy bricks wrapped in plastic to keep the wind from blowing them about! My only wish is that were made wider. 2 curtains were not wide enough to cover my 10' x 10' deck. I will have to buy 4 more to fill in the space so I can have total privacy. The quality is great, nice and heavy and waterproof. They are blackout and it does keep most of the heat out! I did have to press out the wrinkles when I opened the package but that's normal when fabric is folded. My pergola doesn't have any curtain rods so I used long zip ties and it works perfectly! I'm really going to enjoy laying out this summer and no neighbors looking out at me! 5 stars!
