Having replaced just the motor previously, I was really happy to find the entire replacement assembly. So much quicker and easier that a motor replacement.

The fan was a perfect fit and the noise is comparable to the contractor grade fan that we started with. I don't mind it as sometimes we use the fan to cover sounds happening in there.Replacing it was easy, just popping off the cover and a single screw.I can't say how long it will last. The only complaint was that for the first few times we used it there was a burning smell as the plastic insulation heated up. It did go away, but I wouldn't expect that in a higher quality item.Overall it was a good value, cheaper quantity, but it works for what we needed.
