Most people use this in a die grinder for metal removal. I'm using it in a trim router to cut 1/8 inch thick fiberglass and phenolic LE. This tool has the right geometry for both functions. The durability is good with no coating on the carbide, but it might cost 3 times as much to get one with zirconium.

Does what it should, so far I've used it on stainless steel, and it works great, with no noticeable damage.

Had a cast iron flange on a Ford brake master cylinder from a 1963 Ford Falcon I am restoring. The 2 bolt holes needed enlarging slightly. This burr cut through the 1/4" iron like butter using my handheld high speed die grinder and a little Tap Magic cutting fluid. Burr worked great! I would not advise using this burr with material like aluminum or wood as the teeth will fill up with the softer material.

Was as expected, very great quality, used it for lots of heavy heavy grinding, and still in great shape. Very impressive. The design on the burs is laid out so well, makes grinding a breeze, very solid piece
