Great product! I have been using this for a few years and I'm glad I found a much larger container of it on amazon. I like that it's safe for kids and my animals as well as any other animals that may walk on or near my property. It's super easy to use and melts snow real fast. Great product!

This is my go to ice melt. Works great when liberally dispersed before a snow. My two mini breed dogs do not chew or excessively lick their paws after walking on this ice melt. I am a repeat buyer of safe paws ice melt

These pet safe, grass safe, and concrete safe Teal smooth round pellets work great to melt ice and snow. Also keeps from refreezing. I've put down as a pretreatment and after the snowstorm as a melter this ice melt works great and is safe for pets and environment. Love the fact did not damage my driveway concrete and the pets could walk on it without harm and did nog kill my grass either. This brand of ice melt pellets are great, I ordered two buckets after first bucket gone.

The container is incredibly durable. It took some strong fingers to open the container. It melts snow quickly, vacuums up easily, and is good value for the money. There is usually some snow melt still on the ground, indicating to me a strength of capacity to cut through more snow/ice.

If I could give this a negative star review, I'd do it. The seller sent it on time and I have no complaints about that part. The bucket cannot be opened without an opener and all of the critical reviews were buries so I couldn't get warned. We got the tab off only to find out that the lid is still sealing it and nobody mentioned a need for an opening tool. I am the owner of a 35-pound useless paperweight. This thing is dangerous if people are saying they need a hacksaw, matches, drilling tools to open it. If you don't have an "opening tool," stay away. We can't send it back because we followed the instructions. Super horrible experience, and our steps have ice. I just threw away nearly $100.

Expensive, but worth the money in the end. Only 4 stars because of the price, but product works really well. Melts ice quickly, and you don't have to use a lot of the product to be effective. Only 4 stars because of price

Recently moved to a state where strange things happen. Snow actually falls, water actually freezes without the help of a freezer. I have two Australian Shepherds and wanted a product that was safe for the dogs. Not only is this product safe for dogs, it actually works! Great product!

Stuff works great once you can get the bucket open. They need to make it easier to open the container. A lighter, two screwdrivers, and a pair of plyers later....I got it. Ooof.

Not sure how this product is rated so high. Definitely does work as well as other enviro / pet friendly products and is Geri expensive compared to other similar products. Didn't melt ice at any temperature and left a salt residue behind. Stick to Canadian Tire Arctic products. 1/3 the price and 3x as effective.
