Easy To Use
On the back of the vegetable chopper there is a dial and two knobs, that control three modes of slicing, shredding juliennes and cutting strips. And these patterns combine to also cut the food into dices.

SLICING: The middle dial is to control the thickness of the slices, by rotating from 0 to 8 scale, you can cut the food into 0-8mm slices.

SHREDDING JULIENNE: Rotate both knobs 360° to make sure both sets of blades are popped up and then snap the knobs in place, you can look in the crack and check the state of the julienne blades when rotating the knobs.

FRENCH FRIES / THICK STRIPS: Simply rotate the left knob 360° to make sure blades are popped up and then snap the knob in place, turn the slicing dial to 5-8, then you can cut out beautiful french fries / thick strips.

CUTTING DICES: First you need to cut the food into thick slices (5-8mm), then put the slices upright back into the food chute, rotate the fries blades (left knob) out, and pumb the handle, you can get nice diced food.

Step 1
Fully unfolded the tripod and put it on a flat surface.
Step 2
Press the snap to remove the front protective cover.
Step 3
Press the snap to place the food chute and snap it tightly.
Step 4
Place the food container under the chopper and snap it in place.
Step 5
Put your foods in the food chute and turn the knob on the top to unlock the handle.
Step 6
Adjust the blades by turning the dial & knobs according to the effect you want to cut.
Step 7
Simply pump the handle with a bit of effort, and it is easier the faster you pump.

Then you can get a variety of different forms of food that match your desired effect.

- Tips: Slices great. Larger items such as apples need to be sliced down to fit feeder. for example, if you want to slice an onion you have to cut the onion in like four pieces for it to fit in the slicer.

Awesome. I work in a school cafeteria. So this was perfect for cutting up cucumbers quickly. Also use it at home for slicing potatoes Easy to use easy to clean.

I use this almost every day and love it! Compact design - folds up and handle locks down to store plus has a shield for blade area so it’s safe, easy to clean, very sharp. Easy to change thickness of slices. Has tiny suction cups that hold it firmly in place plus a container that hold about one and a half cups of sliced veggies. Love slicing up lots of veggies for morning omelets and veggies for supper. Also sliced a lot of cucumbers to make some homemade pickles.

if you want to slice an onion you have to cut the onion in like four pieces for it to fit in the slicer if i wanted to do that i wouldn't need a slicer but it's good for carrots cucumbers celery stuff like that
