These are pretty hefty.I bought these to pin my pairs of socks together when they are in the washer and dryer.I’m tired of the laundry goblins eating my socks. This will solve it now.

I wear chiton and peplos daily, and need fibulae to wear them properly. These pins are acceptable for the work of holding up a full length garment, but are quite spartan at best. A bit rough on the fabric of the garment, and requires extra care both to put into the garment and to wear with the garment. Prone to coming undone, and can tear the garment if not careful. This is also true of all fibulae, but I have better luck with c clasp fibulae, which were used during ancient, archaic, and Victorian times, as well as the very early 1900s. These are what the millennials call "basic af"

These 2inch kilt pins are just what I was looking for to attach my fabric brooches. The pin is lovely and really becomes part of the design. Although they seem very well made, they are not very sharp and the gage of the wire used is pretty thick—not appropriate for pinning to delicate or tightly woven fabric.

I got these to secure my bedsheets so they dont move around. I was using normal safety pins prior and they kept bending. These are perfect for my purposes. They are sturdy and sharp. I couldn't be happier. Now my sheets will stay in place.

These pins are exactly what I needed and are a good quality. However, I wish they were available in a smaller quantity. I have way more than I will ever need.
