I purchased these valves after starting to date the ones I’d installed from the only two brands I was able to purchase in-person at the big box stores. I’d realized that they only appeared to last about 12 to 15 months after installation. However, the spare sets that I’d purchased with my last installl in 2023 didn’t even last 4 months before failing.I decided to look at what other brands I could find through Amazon, and these looked like they might work. So far, they’ve been quieter and appear to work better than what I’d had before. Adjustments and installation was a breeze.

The chain can't stay connected to the flappers because both had broken guards.I would pay more and get something more dependable.

I read some reviews about being slow to fill and noisy.. simple fix, pull out the filter at the bottom and also the flow restricter at the hose end.

The 2 pac of assemblies is in the hallway closet, and since toilets only break at night and holidays ... this prevent a huge plumber bill, or a mad landlord.
