This is just the best set of beautiful teak salad tongs. The perfect size, super easy to clean. I have used mine a number of times and they work amazing. You don't have to but I seal mine with a food grade mineral oil and the beautiful teak wood just pops. I am so very happy with this purchase and they are such a great price. Would make a great gift for someone as well. Highly recommend!!

These salad tongs are on the smaller side as far as salad "Hand" tongs. I have very similar tongs that are much larger and are only good when I'm serving a very large salad in a large bowl. These tongs are perfect when I am serving a smaller salad in my smaller salad bowl. I was disappointed a little in the finish of the edges. When they arrived one of the fingers edges were splintered. So I had to file it down. I am hoping that they don't splinter anymore. But that's the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise these are great.

The MYRAINBOW salad tongs are made from teak wood and are top quality salad utensils! they are easy to use and clean up is just as easy! they are the perfect size which guarantees a perfect size side salad every time! they fell nice in your hands and are not to heavy! love these highly recommend!

Great salad hands. Had to do a little light sanding to get some whisp-ies out from between the 'fingers', but overall very well made and beautiful wood.

Not sure how to feel about these salad tongs. Upon arrival, the wood appeared dull and not well conditioned so I washed and oiled them to feel more confident about food safety. So far the oil has helped. They are easy to use on large bowls of salad but are too big for small bowls of salad. I like the rounded handle area and the large tines don’t pierce the salad contents. They decorate a table well so they could be used for decor on your kitchen counters or walls. I need to use them for a while longer to determine durability. Not sure I would pick this profile again.

I recently purchased these wooden salad hands and found them to be decent overall. They’re not exceptionally sturdy, but they aren’t fragile either – a solid middle ground in terms of durability. They function well for tossing and serving salad.However, there’s one issue worth mentioning: the areas between the fork tines were not sanded properly. There were splinters sticking up, as shown in the close-up picture I’ve attached. I had to sand them down myself to make them safer to use, which was a bit disappointing.Despite this flaw, the craftsmanship is nice otherwise, and they have a natural, rustic charm that looks great on the table. With a little extra attention to finishing, these could be excellent. For now, I’d rate them 4 out of 5 stars.

I have never had decent utensils for serving salad… until now. When our family is eating together I don’t care if we just use cooking tongs, but when we have guests it would be nice to have something that works well and looks nice too. I think these look casual but nice. They are a good size (I took a photo with a soda can for context). Initially I thought the wood is unfinished based on appearance, but when I washed them, the water beaded up on the surface, so I'm not sure. At any rate, I'm sure they're fine for contact with veggies. I plan to wash them by hand - it seems like the dishwasher would be too harsh. Overall I’m looking forward to serving with these soon!Update: we had a get together and salad was served… they work great AND got some nice compliments too! They cleaned up nicely afterwards. I recommend these!

I really like these. We usually use salad tongs but with small salads, they are just too big to put in the bowl. These are perfect for both smaller and big salads. Plus they give a modern, updated feel to the meal, versus the standard tongs. I love that they are real wood and they look really nice. The design seems thought out and great quality, because instead of having a flat cut, they have a nice carved out area, making it very designer. These finish has no sheen and the wood but it feels "finished". Yet between the prongs the wood is a little rough, so I'm not sure how "finished" it is there, but it should be fine. The teak wood feels like teak and feels high quality. We really enjoy them.
