- The uniformly distributed aluminum oxide flapdisc abrasives provide a more constant level of finish than standard fiber discs. Premium grain for heavy duty applications and longer working life. For use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Great at grinding, blending, deflashing and stock removal.
Thicker and more durable
- Thicker thickness of our flap discs makes sure a good wear resistance and longer service life. Between 40-60% more material than standard discs, our high density discs are provide a longer life and softer grind. The thicker design conforms to irregular shapes, which is ideal for working on curved surfaces.
Excellent production process
- The neatly arranged leaves are a symbol of our high quality. SALI Flap discs have faster stock removal and provide a smoother finish. They provide cooler cutting that is less prone to glazing. They are light weight and easy to control, with less vibration that results in less operator fatigue.

I used one last night to break the mill scale from some sheet metal before welding it. The flap wheel cut the scale and cleaned up the metal without leaving heavy grind marks on it. Works great to prep sheet metal for mig welding.

Don't use 7 inch much, but these seem to work just fine, if they do wear pretty fast, good value for the buck

These were priced so low that my expectations were not good. However, they outperformed another brand that I usually use that cost 2x as much. Will be ordering more for sure.

I got these to remove paint from an old fuel tank the did the job without a problem and I also used them to clean up welding it did its job great

For the price alone these are a must have not to mention the performance! They cut fast and consistent last a long time and with a wide selection of grit they are my go to for flap discs.
