Best wheel on the market for grinding aluminum.

Used these for grinding/sanding corner welds on aluminum angle pieces. The discs performed better than expected.Discs hold up well, but work better when aluminum is kept cool. The abrasive material does not handle spots where the TIG tungsten mixed in the aluminum puddle (very hard spot), and those areas still had to be ground out with a coarse abrasive disc. Overall, Good product.

I purchased these because my standard flap discs were gumming up when grinding on aluminum. These flap discs work great and I have not had an issue with gumming up. The 36 grit removes material very fast.
