How to Use:
- Follow carefully the instructions given in the machine handbook.
- Never fit a diamond dish/cup wheel which is too loose or too tight on the flange.
- Tighten only with the tool supplied with the machine.
- Ensure the wheel is properly gripped to prevent slippage, but do not tighten with excessive force. Never use a hammer.
- Keep flanges and screw threads clean and free of burrs and rust.

Had this nasty really difficult mortar mix we couldn't get up. Worked great on our Harbor Freight grinder. TAPE OFF YOUR PROJECT or get a dust shroud cause it made one heck of a mess inside the house. Still having fine dust settling and it's been over a month.

I really liked this grinding wheel; I have been removing tiles and thinset from my bathroom at first I was using a demolition hammer with a thin set scraper to remove the thinset. The Thinset was very stubborn and the demolition scraper kept taking out chunks of the concrete. Once I tried this grinding wheel it removed the thinset very quickly and smoothly. I removed all the thinset in my bathroom in a 1/4 of the time that It would have taken with the demolition scraper and the over all job went much more smoothly I don't have any large chunks taken out of the concrete from the grinder. After removing the thinset and finishing the job the grinding wheel was still in very good condition with tons of life left in it. Very good quality for the price!! Would buy this again.

I bought 3 of these for a job to take Synthetic Plaster off of a plaster finish on a House . This Grinding wheel really works , The only problem is making sure to hold it plat for a smooth finish . Have done more than half of the 3 bedroom house and the first disc is only about haft worn down. I tried . Pressure Washer , Heat Gun , scrapers and nothing works like this. Creates lots of dust but Good tool.

Used to grind and smooth out places on a concrete pad seems to hold up good just alot of dust even using a fan best if used outside

Works quickly to remove 1/3 to 1/4 of an inch of old mortar. Eye protection (safety glasses) is a must!!! Worked better than I anticipated.

I am sanding my concrete basements walls in order to put 1x4 strapping up. So far I have used only one disk for one wall. This disk works very fast but creates a lot of dust. You must wear a dust mask and goggles when using.
