I ordered these to put on the wall in our office. Our service technicians come in the office every morning before they are dispatched out for service calls for the day. I have been looking for something functional, high quality, and looked good. It was becoming difficult to track each of them down in the mornings to had out a sheet of paper to this one, a instruction booklet to another one, and a stack of copies to another one. I must say these are made well and look great. What's even better they are functional and the technicians are grabbing their paperwork every morning. It saves me so much time being able to put paperwork in their assigned slot. Each slot has a smooth tab type area that can be labeled. I used our Brother label maker and printer labels to stick on their assigned basket. I am a very critical person and rarely rate a product 5 out of 5. I highly recommend that you purchase how ever many you need based on the slots you need. Then buy an extra one because you will definitely find great use for it!

Pretty sturdy & easy to assemble right out of the box for what i needed it for, though if you have bulky folders with lots in them you might need to remove a slot to fit it as these slots really only fit folders 1-2 inches wide

This product is amazing except for one major flaw, due to the construction of the product, it CANNOT HANG ON INWARD FACING DOORS. The brackets that it comes with will collide with the door jamb and you will be unable to close your door. I wanted to hang this on the outside of my closet door, but that's when i discovered the issue (this is an issue most handing storage solutions don't have, btw, due to thinner hanging hooks so I did not think to even worry about this possibility).Other than that, the product works well, I just wish this problem was more apparent before purchase. (And to be clear, this is not a door frame clearance issue. The product description notes that the clearance must be above 0.3 inches. This is an issue with colliding with the door jamb, not scraping against the door frame).

Things you should know before buying.*Quality*Item is held together with 6 screws, to plastic / metal shims that have been glued onto the metal racking.If tightened too tightly or what seems like an acceptably tightness they snap off and wont hold.If you plan on wall mounting this know it dose not sit flush on the wall, no matter how hard you try and line up the tabs to screw it togetherIt also sits very loose, as the racks are gravity held in place and just slide in after clipping and screwing this together.*Cost*For the cost of this item, this item is very cheaply made.*Shipping*Amazon ships this in the original manufacturers box, it arrived in a crushed box, slightly damaged.the box clearly says in very large letters, its written "Made in China".*Buying*If this is your only option, then sure.It will work / poorly work, but I don't think it will last long term.Quality is lacking.Purchases item with caution.*Amazon*Amazon should really quality check items before allowing them to be sold.Returns: when trying to return item to Amazon, Was unable to return or get refund as amazon seller would not take item back due to defects. haven't tried customer support yet.

When the shelf is delivered to me in the package as parts, from the mesh pieces I can tell that it will need 6 screws to put the shelf together, and 2 drywall screws to hang on the wall.for the screws that are necessary to install the shelf, I only found 3 after opening the box, and they are not in the plastic bag, instead two of them are already on the shelf, and 1 is just in the box, together with a plastic bag that is open.The drywall screws are okey and they are packed in a plastic bag, but the shelf cannot be installed and used already.
