I play beach volleyball and our sand gets very hot in the summer. These sandsocks work great except there could be a little more tension around the ankle to help prevent sand from getting in. They are a little pricey.

Can walk on shells with comfort. When you come out of the water your feet dry fast. Don’t feel like you are sloshing along.

They said u will not get sand inside these sand socks and I get alot of sand inside like I am not wearing anything
