I initially did receive a faulty filter. It kept seeping out those black mineral grains into my water no matter how many times I tried to run water over and through the filter. After many many attempts I exchanged it, and received a new one the following day and it worked like a charm! Will definitely buy again!

The water taste great but the filters came messed up. So many black particles filtered through and into the water. Wish I could return them but it's too late now.

The past two filters I’ve used were the blue ones like in the picture. The latest one sent was clear instead of blue like ad shows and doesn’t filter the water completely. I have run water through it and shaken it as instructions say to do three times but after a day of it working fine, the clear replacement goes back to filtering only part of the water in the upper chamber. The latest replacement filter received just doesn’t work like the previous blue filters I’ve had. This filter was a waste of money.

The filters that I have just received are old. I’ve been using Santevia filters for years now and these are clearly ancient. Not only is the packaging dated and dirty but the filters have an excess of black dust. The secondary filter also seems to only have the ceramic beads and not the mineral blend. I’ve waited two weeks for the filters to arrive so am not pleased.

May 8th, 2024I've been using these filters for 6 yrs.Water always tastes fresh, I do find they don't last 2 months or 8 weeks as stated . Wish price hadn't increased by $9 . 5 star ***** rating due to filter actually works, tasted good, fast shipping. Price is only negative. Highly recommend.
