These worked very well in my 2010 JK Rubi. Removing the old straps was the hardest part of the whole install. Once old straps were off, needed a torx to remove one bolt and loosen the other on the door where check strap is held in place to remove the door side strap then just slip off the Jeep side strap. Then required a Phillips to remove two screws to access the area the wiring is run under the door’s plastic pocket. Once that was loosened, was able to zip strap in place easily then place it under the door pocket and secure it back in place, then secured the two torx bolts and done. I think it looks great. One thing that helped was I ironed the creases out of the straps that would have made the zipper end up more to the side than the bottom. If you iron, be sure to place strap between towel layers and do not iron directly or you will melt them. The check strap length is about the length of the stock straps (maybe 7â€) and NOT 11†as per the pic with measurements.
