This ball is pricey but is of good quality. Our 6 inch long Syrian hamster fits in the 10 inch ball perfectly. Easy to wash if needed.

The color is darker than i expected and i had trouble seeing my critter. She seems happier in a clear ball as well

Our little mouse dude runs as Fast as he possibly can in this spacious ball, he LOVES it!! However, because he runs so fast & rams into walls and things, it allows for the top to loosen, which allowed him to escape his ball. As a small rodent & cat owner, this is TERRIFYING!Thankfully we watch him like a Hawk when he is in his ball, but it is still terrifying and worries me about owners who may not be so observant. I never Dreamed he would be able to open it!! So, now we use a strong piece of tape on the top and bottom opening when he's inside. Most likely I will glue one of the sides on permanently and keep using the tape for the other side.The only other downside is because of his running into everything the ball has marks All over it, I'm not sure if the little dude can even See anything anymore, and the ball Looks dirty! It works pretty well and feels very sturdy compared to other balls we have owned in different sizes, but there are a few things that could make it better, from my understanding most rodent owners have these issues with the balls in general. I'll make it work just because our little man Loves it, he will literally start wiggling excitedly when he sees one of us pick up his ball & immediately runs & jumps inside it when we reach for the lid lol. I don't care what some people say, this dude Loves his Ball!!*Edit* we bought a second ball because the first broke, it almost immediately kept opening when we put him in it. Terrifying!! We’re gluing one side shut asap & putting tape on the other.

I wanted a ball bigger than a 7" diameter because I don't want my boys back arched. I wasn't sure if it would be too big or heavy for them but they can move around just fine. With my previous gerbils I used the smaller 7" ball and they jumped around in it more than roll around in it. A 9" ball would be the perfect size but I recommend this one until such time the 9" ball is being made.

This easy to use exercise ball comes in handy when cleaning out animal cages or to let them roam outside it also keeps them safe from cats and birds.

So, the first one i got was cracked in half. I returned it for a replacement and the replacement is scratched up and obviously used. I was not used to having to assemble the ball, but it goes together easily and the rat likes it. Its not broken so we're keeping the scratched up one... but I'm not happy about it. contacted Savic and they are washing their hands of everything as it was purchased on Amazon and are blaming Amazon.

Unserem hamster gefällt es. Ldicht zum zusammen bauen. Leichte Handhabung. Hält einige stoße aus wenn er wieder wo dagegen donnert. Der Hamster bleibt höchstens 15 min drin.

This is a humongous ball! Absolutely huge and purchased for my Syrian as pets at home didn't have a large enough one. He's finding this one much better and runs so much faster with it. His last ball was too easy for him to escape, and the quality of this one is much stronger. It's thick, the air holes are small enough for a Syrian, and despite the rather unusual assembly method it's not hard to put together!
