Good for basic readings but does not give resistance values so basically you get voltage and Good/Bad reading. I like to see resistance since it tells you the actual state of the battery.

Bought unit to check out my warranties Wrangler battery before warranty runs out. I have Jeep front end on a lift over hood so I tried it on my wife’s Lexus NX 300. You guessed it. Bad battery. Worth the purchase right there.

Not from China, according to box. Easy to use and seems to provide accurate results based on the number of batteries I've tested when compared to my load tester. Tester is also super light in weight.
